Review Your Trial Before Choosing a Paid Plan

Separate a confirmed result from an assumption about something you have not tried.

Describe the tested combination

Keep the device, app version, connection and audio setup together in your notes. A result from a laptop with headphones is different from a television with a soundbar. Include approximate timing and any interruptions. The more precise the description, the easier it is to explain a remaining question.

Include everyday usability

Check whether the remote navigation is comfortable, menus fit the display and sound reaches the intended output. Think about the person who will use that screen most often. Opening the player successfully is only one part of a useful test, especially when you are considering a longer duration.

Resolve problems before extending the commitment

Make a short list of issues and questions, then contact support with the observations. A larger connection allowance or a longer subscription should not be treated as a fix for an unexplained device or player problem. Keep support’s confirmed advice with the notes so you can track what changed.

Choose from the needs you actually observed

Count normal simultaneous streams and compare the full price for the intended term. Check extra costs and purchase conditions again. Use the subscription request to send the selection, or Contact if something still needs clarification. A trial describes the conditions tested, not every future session.

Make the next step a simple one.

Tell us your device, your question and how many screens you want to use.
